The internet is full of tips on how to improve your health and manage stress. In reality focussing on certain areas are guaranteed to make an improvement. These aren’t complicated - it’s all about building healthy foundations.

The Foundations Programme is a research-based approach to help optimise your health and wellbeing over 12 weeks. The programme uses science-based research to cut through all the information and recent trends, ensuring complicated topics are easily digestible.

This programme doesn’t add to your stress, it is simple and easy to adopt. Using a practical approach makes it clear what you need to focus on and why.

Building Your Foundations

The foundations of our health are key to keeping us healthy and fight against disease. The Foundations Programme takes a practical approach to stress management in a way that is easy to understand, giving you more confidence around your health.

This process will be more like a strategic reset rather than starting from scratch. We won’t waste your time by covering what you know - the approach is tailored to your needs. Think of it as optimising the foundations of your health.

We’ll come up with a plan that has you at the centre to cover what is important to you and what you enjoy. I don’t have a quick fix, but we will work together to make sustainable changes, having a big impact in the long-term.

What are The Foundations?

  • We will assess your current sleep, looking at ways to improve if needed. This will help reduce your stress, not add to it.

  • There will be no fad diets here or excluding what you love. We’ll focus on balanced food choices that make you feel like you have more energy and that your body is fuelled.

  • We have all heard that we need to exercise to stay healthy but what does that mean for you? We will consider many options to bring a positive approach to movement. Whether you already have a gym routine or you don’t know where to start, we will be able to work on ways to bring regular movement into your life.

  • We will work on how you can declutter your mind, giving you space and a sense of calm. Based on your preferences, we can assess which tools will have the biggest impact.

These are your Foundations

This programme isn’t designed to be rigid and isn’t about adding one-off habits to your life. You will gain knowledge around your health like what impacts your energy and what brings you joy.

With my support, you will build consistency and confidence to easily take forward what you have implemented. Having a coach will mean that these changes are more likely to stick as you won’t be relying on motivation alone.
