General Questions
-
A health coach is a guide and accountability partner who helps you make sustainable changes to improve your overall health and wellbeing.
Unlike a doctor, I don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions. Instead, I support you in building healthy habits that can work alongside any care you’re already receiving.
Health coaching differs from therapy as I don’t focus on mental health diagnoses or deep emotional processing, and unlike a nutritionist, I don’t provide clinical dietary plans or recommend supplements.
What I do is help you create realistic, everyday strategies around sleep, food, movement, and mindset - so you can feel more energised, less overwhelmed, and more in control of your health. Putting you at the centre, I help you see where you can make improvements, providing guidance and resources when needed.
-
Health coaches focus specifically on areas that impact your physical and mental wellbeing - like energy, sleep, food, movement, and stress. Life coaching is broader and often focuses more on goals, mindset, or personal development. There’s some overlap, and I do support clients with mindset and lifestyle shifts - but my work always centres on health as the foundation.
-
Coaching is for you if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or low on energy - and you’re ready to take small, doable steps toward feeling better. My clients are often high achievers who “know what to do” but struggle to follow through because life is so busy or they are so tired it’s difficult to know where to start. If that sounds like you, we’ll work together to break that cycle and create real change.
-
We can work on anything that’s affecting your health and wellbeing. That often includes sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, mindset, energy levels, and even routines or boundaries. We’re all different so we’ll focus on what feels most relevant to you right now.
-
Yes - as long as you're under the care of a doctor for any medical conditions, we can absolutely work alongside that. My role isn’t to diagnose or treat, but to support you in making healthy, realistic changes that complement your medical care.
-
There’s no one-size-fits-all solution, but if you're feeling stuck, tired, or off-track - and you’re ready to make small but consistent changes - then coaching can absolutely help. We’ll work together at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you, with real-life strategies that are designed to stick.
-
Absolutely. You don’t need to have a plan or clear goals before we begin - that’s what we’ll figure out together. Many clients come to me feeling stuck or unsure, and part of my job is helping you find clarity and direction.
-
Not at all. I don't believe in rigid rules or cutting out what you love. We'll explore what works for you and create balanced habits that feel realistic and supportive - not restrictive. I want to reduce your stress, not add to it.
-
As a health coach, I don’t create strict meal plans or personal training programmes. Instead, I help you build sustainable habits around food and movement. That might include working on what you eat, meal timings, or finding a style of exercise that suits you - always tailored to your preferences and lifestyle.
-
Every client is different, but most people I work with start to feel more in control, better rested, and less overwhelmed within a few weeks. My aim is to help you create changes that feel good and last long term.
-
That’s a really common concern - and totally valid. Many of my clients have tried different diets, wellness routines, or even coaching before. What makes this different is that we go at your pace and focus on your real life, not quick fixes. I will be realistic with you and the accountability of having a health coach is such a valuable part of your success.

I’m a qualified health coach with a Level 5 Diploma from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM). The Diploma is approved by both the NHS (UK) and the KHDA (UAE) and I combine research-based tools with a practical, compassionate approach. I am a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) and a qualified Mental Health First Aider. If you’d like to know more about my background, get in touch and I’m happy to share.
-
Yes - completely. What we talk about in our sessions stays between us. Your privacy is fully respected and protected at all times. See my Privacy Policy for more information.
-
All sessions are held on Teams, which makes it easy to join from anywhere - whether you’re at home, in the office, or even on holiday. If you're local to me and prefer in-person sessions, just let me know - I may offer this on a case-by-case basis.
-
No problem at all - I work with clients in both the UK and UAE (and beyond), and I offer flexible scheduling to suit different time zones. When we book sessions, we’ll always find a time that works for both of us.
-
We will have an initial 90-minute deep dive call and then the follow-up sessions will be 30 minutes. The usual frequency for follow up sessions is every two weeks, but this can vary based on your needs and what you have going on (some people have more sessions and others have them less frequently). We can agree on this in our initial call and make changes if needed as time goes on.
Specifically for the Foundations programme, the aim is to complete this in 12 weeks, but this can be adapted if life gets in the way.
-
Life happens - I get it. You can reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. If something urgent comes up, just reach out and we’ll do our best to find a new time. Full cancellation details will be shared when you sign up.

Packages, Services and Costing
-
Yes - I offer support between sessions by email or message if you have a quick question, need encouragement, or want to share a win. Ongoing connection is part of what helps you stay on track.
-
My aim by the end of the 12 weeks, is that you will feel confident and have more knowledge around improving your health. This will allow you to continue and make progress on your health journey with or without a coach. It’s common for clients to really embed and improve their new habits for a period of time and then book in follow-up calls with me to tweak and add more substantial changes as their goals change. We can discuss what feels right as you progress - there’s no pressure either way.
-
Coaching packages vary depending on what you’re looking for. Most clients choose the Foundations Programme that covers all four pillars - sleep, diet, movement, and mindset - but others have one-to-one coaching to focus on a specific need or just one of the pillars. The price would then reflect this and be based on an hourly rate.
Payment plans are available, and we can talk through what works best for you during a free discovery call. No pressure - just a chance to explore what kind of support would be most helpful.
For Corporate programmes, the price will vary based on the services being provided. Pricing will be provided upfront before we agree on a service.
-
I can offer single sessions depending on your needs, but I have found that a package really creates long-lasting change. Whether this is the Foundations Programme or a set plan of one-to-one sessions, this is up to you. If you're unsure, you're welcome to start with a free discovery call and we can discuss options.
-
Yes, we can definitely do this. We can have a chat about how this might work and what we can cover. It would be great to help your mini team achieve the goals you’d like. Book in a discovery call or get in touch to explore this further.
