I have been passionate about wellbeing for many years now and health coaching has been a great way to turn my passion into something I do every day. My coaching style is very much letting you lead your journey as I believe this will make long-lasting change. You won’t be alone on this journey, I will support and guide you, providing knowledge that you’ll need.
My aim is to use our time wisely, not to waste it. I will be able to provide you with clear practical points that are easy to integrate and ultimately optimise your health. I can help break down topics that are complex so you feel empowered to grow and improve your health.
Hi, I’m Carla and I’ve been there. I worked in corporate since the start of my career and honestly, I get it. It can be extremely stressful with the constant demand on your time, making it difficult to stop and think about what you actually want to do. I first became interested in health and wellbeing as I knew I needed to improve mine.
Looking back at my time in corporate, I was burnt out and although I made changes to try and be healthy, it never quite made an impact. It wasn’t until I was made redundant and given the gift of time that I was able to truly stop (mentally and physically) to evaluate how certain factors can impact our health.
I’ve been lucky enough to spend the time to become qualified as a Health Coach and I am passionate about helping others focus on their health, based on the successes I have had. You don’t have to wait to be made redundant to make a change. I’ve travelled this path and I have come up with my 12-week programme to help others optimise their health in an efficient way.
When I’m not coaching, I love spending time with my partner and dogs, Lupo and Orzo. I enjoy going for runs or a swim and being in nature is important to me. Whilst getting out and exercising is good for our health, I also enjoy watching a few sports too including F1 and rugby.
