Start with awareness – small insights lead to big changes
It might sound simple but tracking what you currently do is an excellent way of assessing where you are right now. It can help you identify areas for improvement or spot habits that may be impacting your health more than you realise.
That’s where the Daily Wellness Journal comes in. Fill it out over a 7-day period - honestly and without changing your routine. This will give you a clear baseline to build from. The goal isn’t to achieve perfection or feel guilty about your habits. It’s to highlight patterns and choose one small thing to improve at a time. Sustainable change comes from consistency, not changing everything at once.

Top Tip To Improve Your Sleep
Consistency could be all that you need
Sleep is one of the most important (and most overlooked) foundations of health. Focussing on Consistency is a simple change that could make a huge difference.
Try going to bed and waking up at the same time every day - even on weekends (sorry!). It may take a little time to adjust, but sticking to a routine will improve the quality of your sleep plus make it easier to get to sleep at night.
Start small: shift your bedtime by just 5–10 minutes if needed. If needed, avoid taking a nap past midday, and keep them under 30 minutes.
This might not be the quick fix you hoped for - but it works and over time, it becomes second nature.
